  • Information received from TPAs and/or custodians in daily, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Information occasionally received from you on applications for processing information on your accounts
  • Information from questionnaires when we are providing you an analysis of your portfolio
  • Information from retirement plan participants

What do we do with such information?

  • We provide reports to you on account totals and changes in portfolios as well as specially designed analysis of your portfolios
  • We use account numbers and portfolio specific information to update our records and to monitor your accounts
  • We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees with a business need to know that information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
  • We occasional assist retirement plan participants with accessing or understanding their account. Any information obtained for this use is destroyed immediately after they are helped.
  • Our web site contains links to other sites. We share no personal information with such web sites and are not responsible for the privacy policy of such sites.
  • We shred paper information.
  • Please understand that we may find it necessary to provide your non-public information in order to comply with a government agency or court order.
  • Again, we never share your information with anyone other than those trustees, custodians, administrative firms or other approved agents who are hired by you; and we NEVER sell your personal information.
